The sire
Hofrat was the reserve champion in Neumünster in 2000. His full brother Hoftänzer followed only a year later in the same position. Both stallions have successful dressage careers, Hofrat now at S levels in Germany. His sire EH Gribaldi is one of the breed's best dressage horses in the international circuits today and produced a nnumber of approved stallions, also in the KWPN breed. He is a maternal half brother to the FEI dressage stallion Goldino (by Patricus xx). Hofrat sired the 2005 Hanoverian Champion stallion Hotline, who sold at auction for a record high of 800,000 Euro. Dam sire Guter Planet is one of the breed's most proven and versatile sport horse sires and the third sire Effekt was a son of the great Habicht.
The dam
A typey, athletic and powerful moving top prospect with great future perspective, who has already accomplished a lot: champion of the 2-year-old fillies and reserve overall champion of the State mare show of Lower Saxony/North-West as well as champion of the central mare inspection in the same breeding district. Moreover, she also completed a very good mare performance test to perfect her record of success. Dam sire Tivano is a highly regarded mare producer in the breed today, and is also dam sire of e.g. the 2005 champion Herzensdieb. He is a full brother tot he versatile former champion and stallion of the year, EH Tenor, and a maternal half brother to the accompplished dressage sire EH Tuareg. The dam line traces back to the outstanding Blinklicht family at Panker that once carried excellent TB and Arabian blood through Pindar xx and Burnus AAH in the lower generations. This is the same famioly that produced Bellheim, Baluster, Belsazar, EH Benz and Buddenbrock, as well as this year's stallion candidate 54 Banderas.
