Mare family of O100A2 Etikette (v. Lenski-Kattenau)

Description

Eichenblüte became riding horse champion of the 3-year-old fillies and geldings at the Trakehner national show and earned 82% at the Bundeschampionat. Her elegant, long lines and her athleticism make her a top quality riding horse, and she is a promising breeding prospect, as well. She has an impressive list of successes in young horse classes to her credit so far.

The sire

The elite stallion Ravel sadly died about two years ago, without the public even noticing. Not a fitting end for one of the breed's best sport horse producers, whose offspring won at advanced levels in dressage, eventing and show jumping. Ravel, who was a successful FEI level dressage competitor, was stationed at Hörem alongside his maternal half brother EH Rockefeller. This is a great demonstration of the quality Rauhe had as a brood mare. The family further extended to the US as well, via Royal Ransom and the full sister to Ravel. Also, the German approved Ricardo is a son of the second dam Rastenburg and was imported to the US.

The dam

Elsbeere is a daughter of the popular dressage sire EH Louidor, who stands at stud in Bavaria and has made a name of rhimself as a reliable producer of good dressage horses with high rideability. His approved sons Ultra Chic and especially United Kingdom (premium in 2005) had many fans. The dressage potential in Eichenblüte's pedigree is further carries on by the great EH Anduc. The third dam Elfennacht II has the stallion candidate 37 Elfenstein in Neumünster this year. From the same line, the stallion candidate 24 Enzio is in Neumünster as well.
