Description
Fellini is medium sized with balanced good movements and shows a lot of pizzazz, especially from his very active hind end. Not shown publicly.
The sire
Schwadroneur was an international dressage stallion for Denmark and is one of 4 approved sons of the elite mare Schwalbenburg. He made a name for himself as an outstanding improvement sire in the Danish warmblood breed, where he had significant influence through several sons and daughters. In the Trakehner breed, his son Pricolino was approved as a premium stallion in 2004, and followed the popular Hertug and the Anglo Trakehner Sharan. Schwadroneur's son Roi de Coeur was a member of the French Team to the World Equestrian Games in Aachen in 2006. Schwadroneur offspring have always done very well when coming via Neumünster: the auction highlight elite mare Tamara (she presented her son Titiano as a stallion prospect this year), and the dressage gleding Trinity, who sold to Canada where he is showing at Prix St Georg now.
The dam
Felicia VI adds outstanding dressage genetics to this promising gelding's background. Her sire EH Benz was shown at FEI level sin dressage, and his sire EH Rockefeller was a Grand Prix stallion of outstanding significance for the sport horses in the Trakehner breed. Second dam sire Mahagoni needs little introduction as the sire of several international top dressage horses, and the line continues via Abendstern, a very close maternal relative to the century sire Ablganz and the founder of the Schöner Abend-Schabernack line in the breed.
