The sire
Harlem Go was approved in Neumünster with a reserve title and sold to East Germany, where he has been stationed at a State Stud. He is one of several EH Maizauber sons in the breed and comes from a very solid mare line, as his second dam is the full sister to the dam of EH Hohenstein. Close maternal relation also exists to Horizon (ATA). Dam sire Pardon Go was a son of the S-level show jumper Rittersporn by the Polish Trakehner Mazagran, and came from the successful Pelargonie family from Trakehnen.
The dam
Onyx is an alert and keen colt with a pedigree build on athleticism. The combination of the sires Heraldik TB, Nerv, and Ralf raises expectations for a great future in competition. Heraldik xx was one of the most popular TB stallions in Germany ever and sired approved sons in 8 registries, including the Trakehners Fliegergeist, Kempinski and High Knight (ATA). The performance tested dam belongs to the slim dam line of Olive (by Aladyn x). His overall quality make this athletic and vigorous colt a worthy representative of his family, which has also produced the athletic stallion Orsini and the Leverkusen auction highlight and S-level dressage mare O'Hara.
