The sire
Hertug was approved at the Trakehner Spring Inspections and is one of only three approved sons of Schwadroneur in the breed today. Hertug won the Danish Riding Horse Championships in three consecutive years (4-6 year old) and has recently been sold as a riding horse, now showing at Prix St Georg and Inter I levels in Denmark. His mare family is Anglo Arabian origin (Herba AA) and also produced the Austrian approved Harley (by Induc) as well as another NMS stallion candidate in 2005, Higgins, and the 2006 candidate 38 Hobart. Schwadroneur was an international dressage stallion for Denmark and is one of 4 approved sons of the elite mare Schwalbenburg. His son Pricolino was approved as a premium stallion in 2004.
The dam
The elite mare Go-Da also produced the accomplished stallion Goodwood (by EH Partout) as well as the FEI Young Dressage Horse World Championship participant Giovanna. SHe is a maternal half sister tot he M-level dressage horse Ghandi. This is also the dam line of the S-level dressage stallion Gortus, who presentes 26 Schiaparelli in Neumünster this year.
