Description

Nashville stands over much ground with a good frame, and uses his hind end very well in all three paces. Great ridebility! Nashville is a very talented jumper. Not shown publicly.

The sire

Sire Connery was approved in 2000, qualified for the Bundeschampionat twice and has been doing well as a dressage horse on his way to the FEI levels. His first crop appeared in Neumünster in 2004 and his first son, Aquarius, was approved. In 2005, his sons Elfenfeuer and Imperio were approved, the latter as the shining reserve champion in Neumünster. Connery's dam Caro-Dame II is one of the few daughters of the very good Karo As in the breed, the only approved son of the excellent sport horse sire Vollkorn xx in Oldenburg. Caro-Dame II is a daughter of the late elite mare Cornau, who not only left the breed several highly ranked daughters, but most importantly, the elite stallion and major sire Consul. Other daughters of her include the Grand Prix winner Corna, dam of the premium stallion Checkpoint, or Cornu, dam of the approved Cornus. A close relative to Connery is the 2006 auction mare 98 Corne.

The dam

Nachtigall III has already produced three successful competition horses, Nador, Nachtschwalbe and Nachtglanz. The latter have shown up to 2nd level in dressage and intermediate level eventing! Dam sire Consul needs little introduction, his record as a broodmare sire, performance horse sire and improvement sire in other warmblood breeds is unsurpassed. The dam line continues with some of the finest and most versatile East German performance lines.
