The sire
Interconti was approved as a premium stallion in 2002. They grey stallion was one of the best overall movers of that crop in Neumünster and despite an early injury in his life, was able to pass an outstanding performance test and start his dressage career. He was the last son sired by the great EH Consul and this is his first crop in Neumünster. He is also presenting his sons 39 Nachttänzer and 40 Contis . Interconti's dam Irene VI also produced the dam of the ATA approved Inamorato (by Buddenbrock) and this is also the same close line of the 2005 reserve champion and celebrated Imperio (by Connery).
The dam
Zaubernacht II and Zauberlicht II received their elite titles based on numerous daughters with premium titles. Also in 2006, this family is represented by a mare in the elite auction, 110 PS Zauberflöte. The mare line also produced the advanced level show jumpers Zaunkönig, Zauberfürst and Zauberstern, as well as the DLG champion and accomplished sport horse sire Zauberklang *E* (Germany, ATA).
