Trakehner Foal Championship, Gestüt Hämelschenburg June 1st 2008

One of Germany's oldest and most successful stud farms is Gestüt Häemschenburg, which is operated by the Langels family and can look at back at a long tradition of breeding outstanding Trakehners for competition and breeding. No less than 4 champion stallions were bred here, and TI has a deatiled protrait of this important farm online highlighting some of the stallions and mares at home in this beautiful farm situated next to the Renaissance Castle in Emmerthal. Hämelschenburg is also the place where once a year, a large number of Trakehner foals comes together for the traditional inspection date and Foal Championship.
