The sire
Tannenhof's Solero TSF is one of the most successful Trakehners at international Grand Prix dressage, with a major win during the CDI Tour at the CHIO Aachen 2005. Solero was approved as a premium stallion in Neumünster 1995 and to this date, is the only son of EH Hyllos in the breed. Solero has an interesting pedigree with a good load of "special blood", not only through Agamemnon xx, but also through the Arabian stallion Dämon ox, the only Arabian after WWII who managed to found a small stallion line in the breed. Polargeist also sired the champion stallion Holunder. Gothewind, the second dam, is a Habicht grand daughter (through Coktail), thus infusing more Arabian blood (via Burnus AAH) and comes from one of Trakehnen's famous "black herd" mare lines, the Goldelse family. Coktail is also the sire of the ATA's popular Martini *Pg*E* and is the dam sire of Peron TSF (M. Gibson/USA).
The dam
Monabelle II is a full sister to the Verband and State premium mare Mon Reve and is a daughter of the major sire EH Caprimond, who sired many approved sons (e.g. EH Hohenstein, Chronist) and has a great name for producingt type and outstanding rideability both in the Trakehner as well as the Hanoverian and Oldenburg breeds. His sons Contucci (Hilltop Farm, USA), and Canaster for example have excellent reputations as riding horse producers. The second dam Mona Lisa also produced the Grand Prix dressage horse Mauritius (by Empire). This branch of the big Marke family also produced the influential stallions EH Mackensen and Mahagoni, as well as Marlon (Mahagoni's full brother).
Maxim is the full brother to the 2006 approved Maxwell.
