Mare family of O170A Schwindlerin (Elxnat-Scheunenort - Skungirren)

The sire

Insterburg TSF was approved as a premium stallion at the spring approvals in Leverkusen in 2002 and with Carola Koppelmann in the saddle, won bronze medals at the Bundeschampionat and the FEI Young Dressage Horse World Championships in Verden. Today, he is firmly established at FEI levels pre-Grand Prix and qualified for the prestigious Nünrberg Burgpokal in Frankfurt in December of 2007. Insterburg is the full brother to the approved I-Punkt, and out of very close maternal relation, the Latimer son Illux is approved as well. The dam line carries the FEI dressage stallion Giorgio Armani (by EH Arogno), the top sport horse sire Leonardo, and further down, the proven stallion Siegbert (e.g. dam sire of the ATA's Grand Prix stallion Leonidas *Pg*).

The dam

The dam Santana XX produced the auction mare Santa Fee (NMS ‘03/96). The 2nd dam Sans Souci is also dam of the auction horses Starlet (NMS ‘98/85) and Starlight (NMS ‘03/65) and she was the dam of the champion familiy at the 2007 regional mare show of Westfalia. One of the breed's biggest mare families is in the background of this interesting pedigree. Dam sire EH Rockefeller was a tremendously successful son of the great Consul, with numerous performance horses to international levels in dressage and eventing, and the approved sons Artistic-Rock, EH Benz, Chardonnay, and Fontainbleau. Rockefeller himself had a career up to Grand Prix in dressage, like his maternal half brother EH Ravel. Second dam sire is Pardon Go by the top show jumper Rittersporn, out of the family of the Olympic bronze medalist Peron TSF and the accomplished international Grand Prix stallion EH Partout. The large mare family of Schwinderlin also produced the stallions Schwertträger, Schneekönig, Sleipnir, Saturn, Seeadler, Symbol and more recently Spirding, Schamane (Old.), Stubbendorf and Schiffon (now USA).
