The sire

Sir Chamberlain was approved in NMS as one of the first sons of Sir Shostakovich xx and true to his outcross breeding, proved to be a highly versatile stallion, winning his 100 day test wiht top scores in dressage and jumping. He sired the premium stallion Houston, a Bundeschampionat event horse and sire of CIC horses, and Anky van Grunsven's FEI Young Horse World Championship Silver medalist Ictenos, as well as the stallion Bordos, who had a career at M level in both show jumping and dressage. Sir Chamberlain's dam line is a most powerful sport horse line that also produced the Grand Prix stallions Sigurd, Siegbert and Saint Cloud, als well as the exceptional EH Sokrates.

The dam

Dam Indira XII has already produced Trakehner premium mares, and the second dam Ilexa II is dam and grand dam of Trakehner premium brood mares, along with the former stallion prospect Illinios by Kafka, who was no approved on the final ring in NMS, but has a stellar performance career and placed high at the South German Riding Horse Championships. Dam sire Mumpitz is the product of the breed of two half siblings, accumulating the bloodline of Major to a substantial degree. His offspring competed at S level in dressage and M level in show jumping. The dam line of Irene also produced Isenstein and Schönborn, and Ilexa II is also represented by stallion candidate 45 Inverness.
